If you would like to return a product, or simply send one back because you got the wrong one, please return your product to the manufacturer (Company address will be provided on package) within 30 days. At the same time please send Clever Cat Furniture an email or message (on the Contact Us page) and let us know that you are returning the product. Once the manufacturer lets us know the product has arrived, a refund will be deposited back to you minus the cost of shipping. If you received the wrong product, once you send back the original, the correct product will be sent to you immediately- no charge.
