What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you need to use another form of payment, please feel free to contact us.

What shipping methods do you use?

In order to offer the best quality and variety of products, we offer products from many manufacturers. As a result, we use a variety of shipping methids includins UPS, USPS and FEDEX. For this reason we offer to pay the shipping (UPS Ground) for our products in the Continental US.

Do you ship outside the Continental US?

Many of our products can be shipped outside the Continental US. Please Contact us for an estimate of shipping costs.

How long will it take to recieve my order?

Most orders will leave the warehouse in 2-3 days and will arrive UPS Ground within One week. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after your purchase and a tracking number will follow as the order is processed. (Some of the Luxury Beds take 2-3 weeks as they are custom made).

What is your return policy?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and will do everything we can to make sure your needs are met. Each manufacturer has their own requirements to return products. Please let us know as soon as possible with your concerns, so we can make sure you get the quality product you want.
